Free shipping and return. The estimated shipping time is approximately 1-5 days with tracking and insurance. If you require a faster service please specify and additional charges will apply accordingly. Items that are purchased on sale are non refundable or exchangeable. That applies to item(s) purchased with a promo code and promotional offers. Please note that cell phone cases and silicone makeup blenders are shipped without tracking. Proof of shipment is always available. 

International Orders

Shipping charges for International orders will apply at checkout based on the item(s) weight. Tracking information will be provided to the client after purchase. Item(s) that are purchased on sale are not refundable or exchangeable. Please note that cell phone cases and silicone makeup blenders are shipped without tracking. Wrong address and or non received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to FASHION FOSTER by the postal service company, you will be charged the full shipping fee (not based on the prices above). The price of the item will be credited to you once we have received the item. We will contact you to inform you once we have received the package.

RETURN POLICY

Canada & International 

Item(s) that are purchased on sale are non refundable. That applies to item(s) purchased with promo code and promotional offers. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 7 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by the original tags. The balance will be refunded by the same method of payment within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the FASHION FOSTER showroom. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email or phone to make a Return Authorization request.  Additionally, returns should be shipped with the Postal Service specified by FASHION FOSTER and provide a tracking number, insurance and signature as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of FASHION FOSTER.
